This is the MIG-25 Foxbat
The plane that scares the US because they think the soviet has made a "fighter jet" so advanced that beats them in every aspect. But turns out the mig-25 was a flying brick. It was never meant to be a fighter but rather a very fast interceptor, its also really bad at turning. But the US already got really panic that they made the F-15 that will go on to be the most successfull fighter jet in history.
