Durandal
The Durandal was the SFR's most famous fighter of the Nova Evropan Wars. Made taking notes from the Arrow's armament, this aircraft is similarly equipped with a 25 mm cannon. A faster, lighter aircraft,Durandals were often fitted with small bombs for ground attack purposes, where they supplemented Veillantifs in ground attack roles. This duo was tactically instrumental to the SFR's offensive on Nova Evropa, which saw the NE front break under the sheer strain on what proved to be understaffed positions.
The most notable individual aircraft is known to have shot down both Charrers lost in combat in succession in the same engagement during the Battle of Bourges, which opened the Evropan hearthland to the SFR and, together with the CIR landing in Narbonne, cut off Nova Evropa in two: one half that formed their initial territories in the Lyon-Arles axis (and Eastward territory up to the Alps) and a last stand in Burdeaux, which saw the first joint CIR-SFR operations
