Flyfabrikken MYGG-3
Gents,
This is my first upload for a good while (over a year, at least).
It was really good fun trying out the new fuselage types, glass (!), cockpit components and other goodies.
This is a fictional "what if" WW2 era heavy fighter sort of thing.
A Norwegian mish-mash of the P-38, the Me-110, the Westland Whirlwind and the wooden wonder itself, the Mosquito (FYI - Mygg is Moquito in Norwegian).
Basically a single seat, twin engined heavy fighter / bomber.
Good for approx 380mph and armed with 6X20mm cannon (i hung some 250lbs on there too, for your mud moving pleasure).
Controls are simple (and if I did it right, they should be visible on start up).
Just be aware that you need to activate 1 and 2 to start your engines.
You need to unlock the tail wheel (7) before you start your take off roll, too - this kite is quite skittish when rolling - you need to keep careful control of the yaw, otherwise you end up drifting her sideways. Note - this is not Formula D.
I think I provided all needed controls and indicator lights - so she should be completely flyable from the "pilot head" view. Note that you need to activate 5 to turn on the lights for the gun sight. There is also a view for looking down the guns ight, which should make shooting easier.
Hope she brings you lot as much fun flying her as she gave me building her!
Cheers!

Cheers! I was really into IL-2 a few years back. Was working with dome guys to get the EE Lightning and the SEPECAT Jaguar into the game. Didnt come to anything, sadly… @Almostbutnotquite
@GhostHTX this is amazing, it’s so good to finally see another il2 fan here
@Tang0five Youre too kind. I have to say, though - these new parts are bloomin good fun to build with. Actual landing gear wells! Glass bits!! Cockpits that work! :-)
Glad to see you building again old bean! Spiffing kite btw!
