This was a Soviet design for a tail sitter interceptor aircraft, though the project was moving smoothly a project assessment was held in 1963 the group designing the aircraft couldn't answer all the question of the board and the project's funding was soon denied, though the team had accomplished some major feats, changing military doctrine and pressure from he government ultimaetly doomed the aircraft
