About EP-MNO

This aircraft was built with serial number 595 and made its first flight on 08/30/1991. On 11/08/1991, it entered the Lufthansa fleet with the registration D-AIDM and the name of Chemnitz and flew for this company for 8 years. On 08/12/1999, it was transferred to the Ivory Coast company Air Afrique and flew for about seventeen months with the registration TU-TAZ for this African company, but due to legal disputes with Lufthansa, it was seized by Lufthansa at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris in February 2001 and returned to the airport. Moved to Hamburg. The aircraft then re-entered the Lufthansa fleet on 31/05/2002 and re-registered as D-AIDM.

As the aircraft was decommissioned on this date, Mahan Airlines took over this Airbus and bought this aircraft through the Armenian company Vertir Airlines, and a few days later, it was transferred to Spain and then to Fujairah with the registration number EK-31095, and finally in 01/28/2010 [corresponding to November 17, 2018] he arrived at Imam Khomeini Airport.

At the beginning of entering the country, the plane was grounded and using its parts, the EP-MMN plane, which had the registration EX-301 in those days, was activated.
