The Heinkel 112 was one of four planes competing for the contract to be Germany's fighter for the war. Of the four, the He 112 were in the likings and preproduction of the aircraft began. The He 112 saw action in the Spanish Civil War where it proved to be a good fighter, but it wasnt enough to rival the Bf 109 and it's engine power. Barely 100 He 112s were ever made and they were with many countries including Germany, Spain, Romania, Hungary, and Japan. I grew a liking to this plane in War Thunder and I wish this plane was more apprecited. This is my entry for the WW2 contest trying to stay out of mainstream planes such as P-51s and Fw 190s.
