Focke-Wulf P.140 libelle

16.4k ThePrototype  6.9 years ago

This was a heavy turboprop fighter meant to replace He-219s, Originally the luftwaffe was interested and allowed focke-wulf to built a prototype. The found it cruised at 320 mph at low altitude, and 421 mph and 30,000 ft. They was good and bad news, it was slow and manuverable at lower altitudes and at higher altiudes was fast and sluggish. The plane was armed with 2 Mk103 30mm cannons. The luftwaffe decided to not purchase the plane since the He-219s where not in need of replacement. Have fun flying and thanks to Oski for the guns - ThePrototype

Providers probably won’t do this because they will lose money and customers, Comcast/Xfinity says they are not changing anything @Helicopterboy

It where all the Service providers pretty much can decide what you can do on the internet, how fast/Slow your speed is, what sites you can go too , and some will even make you pay to use some sites , but read an article about it it’s not as bad as it seems @Helicopterboy

@ThePrototype nope i ment datoms rostock heavy bomber. its the first try on this not so gentle giant in sp. and it turns out pretty good. the heavy bomber from rostock from the sky crawlers is not only the biggest plane in the entire movie but when build in real (and it would be possible to build it in real and working) it would be the biggest flying wing even in our world.

@ThePrototype its quite a nice plane. but its to weak and to heavy to fly long. but in the short timeperiods it is airborne and controlable it has quite the good feeling.

@ThePrototype whoops that is a thing i didnt know. the drabacks of forward swept wings are the same as theyr strenghts: you can get a more maneuverable plane. didt you see datoms rostock heavy bomber?

There was a proposed improvement after the war to fit the Mustang With a forward swept wing @Irobert55

@ThePrototype and he designed both the sabre and the p51. the straight wing design has its drawbacks on high speeds and that was the reason for the USAF to let the p80 at home.

Yes, because the Sabre originally had the P-51s Mustangs wing and it was called the fury.@Irobert55
