You’re right that looks perfect!!!! I’ll tag you when my heli is finished, and maybe you can tell me what you think (since you are the heli master). Thank you so much!!! @Leehopard

@Hyattorama paddles are mechanical stabilizer and it works via gyroscopic effect, it's for stabilizes unintended movement by gust force or something else, it can't absorb blade fluttering. and I don't have confidence that it will works in SP physics, cause never tried.

I examined the older build that you suggested thoroughly. I understand how it works. But I’m still a long way off from being able to build it in SP. also, I don’t know how to use Fine Tuner hardly at all... @Leehopard

Actually, no, not the Bell H-13. I actually meant the Schweitzer 300. So, 3-blade rotor with pretty skinny blades and a tall mast. That’s the look I’m going for. @Leehopard

Okay that helps. What about mixing paddles? Would that help? Is it possible to do? The helicopter I have in mind as a reference is the Bell H-13 Sioux. Is it possible to create a rotor assembly that is stable that looks like that one? @Leehopard

@Hyattorama I recommend you to examine this build.
it's my very old swashplate heli without finetuner nor overload, so you can easily understand how it works.

Okay, that makes sense. Well it’s going to take me a while to create the body of my heli, since I have been trying to build up from the helikit. So I will readdress the whole rotor assembly/helikit module at a later point. When I get to that point, if I’m still struggling, I’ll let you know. Thank you for your help! @Leehopard

@Hyattorama longer mast affects not much. 2blade coax will theoretically more stable, I've tested but it was more unstable... maybe there's a mistake in blade or somewhere but idk now. if you suffering trouble with helikit, try to save its engine and rotorunit to subassembly and attach to your completed plane body. not to make 'from' helikit, if you working in that way, rotorblades will attached to other parts unintentionally.

I’m sorry man but I am really struggling with this. What do I need to do to get a rotorcraft as smooth and stable as your other builds (like that new incredible Boxfish, for example)? Do I just need to go to coaxial? I wanted a small 2blade single rotor for my vision, but I want it to fly well too. If I used a 2-blade-per-rotor coaxial setup, would that be more stable? Also, how about a longer mast? I’m sorry I keep bugging you about this... if I am over-stepping my bounds or asking too much of you, please say so. I’ve tried to make modifications to the two helikits that you’ve already built for me (again, thank you so much), but I always end up making things worse, so it’s clear I’m in over my head... @Leehopard
