This is the vehicle that the EVD had promised since day one. It floats, absolutely motionless, without using fuel, at low altitude. Well... It flies like a really slow helicopter with the electroprops on the top. Really; add your own propellers, because these are incapable of doing too much.
Use PITCH and ROLL to strafe. It’ll be a really good air base with a few minor modifications.
