This is the M 222-100! It is a long-range civilian airliner that can go supersonic if you let it.
The 222-100 includes trim tabs on the elevators and working flaps on the main wings. To deploy the flaps, move the VTOL bar all the way down. Includes navigation lights, and taxing lights as well.
TAKE OFF: 60% throttle, and rotate at 160 mph. (Flaps Down)
CRUISE: 70-100% throttle, FLAPS UP, and use trim as necessary.
LANDING: 15-30% throttle, and max flaps down.
