JagerPanzer T-12
History
In 1985 the Reich of Deichine was overwhelmed by increasingly powerful enemy tanks, it is known that the most numerous remaining tanks were T-12 Foxes which were placed on all front lines. As the main battle tank to block enemy tanks approaching the capital, and in the end a T-12 Destroyer version was created with the name JagdPanzer T-12 with the nickname "Trouble". The JagdPanzer T-12 is a tank destroyer variant of the T-12 with a fixed turret (I prefer to call it a wall tank). This tank was created to increase destructive power To enemy tanks on the front line of defense as support tanks.

A combination of Stug 3 with SU with KV chassis.
@AircraftExperimental You're so great But this is just a fantasy and all the logical aspects are made up.
it resembles like a mix of a StuG III in the front and SU-152 in the back
Edit:
the APCR rounds and 85mm tank guns are unreliable by the 1980s because the World War II rounds have been dominated by the modern 120mm tank guns and Armour Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot rounds
