ADF-01 FALKEN mk8DECLASIFIED
Falken files durring nuclear period are stil clasified. Continuing to falken mk8. This is one of the most sucsesful versions of the falken. It was faster, stealthier and more agile than all it's predecesors. Another diference was the lack of a retractable fin as it was deemed unnesesary due to "it's foot crushing weight" Only 27 mk8's were ever shot down. Compared to the 352 losses from the previous iteration. Most of the life support systems in the aircraft were designed to reflect away radiation to pretect the pilot from dangerous doses. Making the nose slightly more visible to radar. The AWDAF kept the aircraft in use for 20 years. The mk8 remained untouchable for 19 of those years. The first falken was shot down by an unidetified projectile over allied territory. Both the aircraft and the pilot were lost. And the crash site had to be evacuated due to a wignificantly elevated radiation output from the aircraft. Sugesting it was hit by a nuclear warhead or ordinance propeled by a reactor of some sort. Further investigation sugested the weapon was not detected by any system on the ground or on any aircraft in range. The war had once again escalated with new developments from both sides being placed in the front lines as soon as they were deemed suitable.
