The UH-65 Sparrowhawk is a Paternian utility helicopter designed by Dragon Aerospace, designed to replace the Bandit UH-2 Trojan. While the Trojan was a reliable workhorse and forged a place for military helicopters, the design was by then over 20 years old. The Paternian Air Force wanted a new utility helicopter with greater performance, durability, and modularity. In the resulting trials, the UH-65 won, and was adopted by the Paternian Army in 1981. It would be used in a fashion not unlike it's predecessor, with dozens of variants. This particular variant is the UH-65D, introduced in 1998.
