This was Northrop's design for the US Army's supe fighter program, still sticking to the flying wing concept to some degree, though this isn't a pure flying wing it has the characteristics of a flying wing while have the stability of a conventional aircraft, this worked to some degree but the N-10 main problem wasn't it's flight performance it was the lack of visisbility, having very little back or downward visisbilty made intense dogfights and landings incredible hard for a average pilot
