Backstory
This paper drone is a project made by WLAviaton to create a simple, yet effective way to do search and aid rescue, with price in mind. Nicknamed the tictac drone, it fulfills these categories.
Maximum Payload
It can carry 725-870 grams of any load, including food, or necessities to any disaster affected area. It weighs 2.4Kg.
Cost and Specs
It's cost is only $35, for the base model, and would be $42 for the power model. It's motor is a 13.2V Brushless motor, and the battery can last up to 3 hours. It's real life speed would reach 70 - 100 km/h
Materials
It's primary materials are compressed paper with a rubber coating, and biodegradable plastic. It contains metal for the frame to allow it to fly in up to 45mph winds (in real life).

1 - Turns on the elevators
2 - Parachute - If landing is impossible
3 - Lights - It is a search drone anyway
