Many people probably want to make a HUD, but don't know how. This is what I made to pull this off as simply as possible.
You're free to use these rotators however you wish. If you want to make a HUD, cool. If you want something else like an Apache gun, you can do that too. The choice is yours.
To get it to work properly, place both rotators in the exact same coordinate. I only set them up as they are so you can easily access their properties.
Go wild, I guess.
