Is this what I think it is? I remember this from so long ago! It's the ARC-170 I recall? Correct me if I'm wrong.
@MrMecha to say that the two big wings produce more drag than one bottom wing is preposterous, I looked at the analysis and the main contender for drag is that hollow cylinder which I can trick with a nose cone. I've done moving wings with rotators before, but something is up with them.
@MrMecha I've gotten it to be perfectly fine with vertical VTOL, if I knew exacly where to place the thrust for forward movement, I could get it to fly, you can post your version if you wish, I can build upon it too
@ShatSlanger As you can see, now you understand my plight with the craft. I replaced the structure panels with real wings to see if I could just make it a regular flying craft but it didn't work either. Someone really tallented has to get it to work, someone's bound to know how
@ShatSlanger if you werento throw the 3 wings in subassembly and make them weightless, this thing is extremely easy to make as a stable vtol from the symmetrical body, good eye
It looks so cool. I may download this once I finish my 054A....
this is nice.... a few issues ... needs thrusters and control surfaces.... other than that when in flight mode it drops the lift way down ... so need something to pull it back up... all in all this should be able to v tol and jet as it balances fairly nice

@ShatSlanger If it's fine, just stick 4 pistons on the bottom of the craft and I can rebalance it afterwards. I wasn't going to make something overly complex for the land pads in the first place :P
