Auto Credit Based on SpiritusRaptor's Mechanical Clock v1.0

FINAL version. Around 7 to 10% power seems to work. The main factor is the transport wheel to the hopper - too fast and it will self destruct, to slow and the hopper wont be fed.

Power 8%.
VOTL up to engage gears (tweak to find the 'sweet spot').

@PlanesOfOld I have a large transport chasis, engine, wheels... its geared down, menaing slow, but huge bottom end grunt... purely mechanical - its just needs the amor and detail... also, I have a proof of concept work tracks... still alpha though.
