ABOUT EP-PUN
This aircraft was ordered by China Eastern Airlines in 2007 and was assembled by the Chinese company Harbin Aircraft with the serial number 14500932. [In December 2002, this Chinese company signed a joint venture agreement with Embraer as the first center outside of Brazil to assemble ERJ-145 regional jet aircraft.] The aircraft on July 5 of the same year with the registration B-3057 and cabin layout The Y50 was delivered to East China and flew for the company for nine years before being transferred to Portugal's Alverca Airport on 09/28/2016.
Then on 06/12/2016 it was bought by a Swiss company called Alphastream with the registration I2-TGHG, but it was still parked at this airport until it was transferred to Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul on 07/05/2019.
The aircraft entered the country on [unspecified date] by Mahan Airlines and began its operation as the second Embraer 145 of this company by performing a test flight on July 17, 2023 with the registration EP-MEP, but with the change of Mahan's policy regarding the use of aircraft Embraer handed over to Poya Airlines and received the EP-PUN register from December 2023.
