To take off slide the VTOL all the way up until the aircraft naturally stands, Then up the power to around 50%. Once youve gained enough altitude tilt forward to gain somespeed the gradually up the power and slide the vtol back to the middle slowly. It takes an experienced pilot but you can land the same way.
