*Story*
The new developed bombers of the reich needed a new escort plane. There were many designs suggested but once again, a modification of the Rh22 was chosen. A turret at its back was added and a completely new feature, the turning tail, was added to avoid self damage to the vertical tail fin. 140 Rh22 D's were ordered, but by the end of the war only 7months later, there were only 47 machines build, including 4 prototypes. Their use was kinda successfull with 30 enemy machines being shot down by the new Rh22D escort. There were plans for a double engined version, but by the time that idea came, the war was close to an end.
