@Odst578xl small floatplanes are quite tricky to make. I remember a couple years ago I was trying to make a swordfish and I had the exact same issues
Thank you so much for the advice, it had flown properly before I added the floats and I don’t have a lot of experience with floatplanes so your tips really helped @Mustang51 @SpeedDemon348
So I played around with it for a little while I think the best way to fix it is to redesign it to a more proportionate size. If you want wings this long, make the fuselage longer too and make the tail bigger. You’re also going to have to make it a lot lighter than it is. You’re using a prop motor so you don’t need nearly as much fuel as you have!
It doesn't take off though. You may need to XML the horse power or put negative weights.
