YA73A was ordered by the Central Military Commission of the Global Federation of Communists to invite bids from member States. In the end, out of seven proposals, YA73A was selected as the 73A-VII of the Yankacs Aeronautic Design Institute. The YA73A will first fly in 2017 and be equipped by the 3rd Wing stationed in Dinoenkoski in 2019
