This racing glider is named after the aviation pioneer Otto Lilienthal. Trimmed correctly, it is easy to fly plane with benign flight characteristics.

The usual controls, trimmable pitch and air brake.

The plane has TotalXML drag-reducing coating, which allows high speeds during races. Varying speeds make active pitch trimming a necessity. Starting with large pitch up trim, decreasing as the speed builds up.
