JM-40C 'Gladius'
𝓗𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓸 𝓪𝓰𝓪𝓲𝓷!
So Here today I have my latest WW2 fighter. The JM-40C is basically a P-51 with a few extra chromosomes. It features a razorback canopy and sleek lines all round. On this particular build I have incorporated a newer wing building technique that I learned by watching @Baconaircrap. I am very proud of the way this plane has turned out and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!

Rotation speed should be at around 120kts, be careful when landing and taking off, this thing will try and ground loop if you don't keep it straight. At least due to the wide wheel base you don't have to worry about wing strikes. Stall dirty is at 90kts and stall clean is around 100-110kts. This airplane is not exactly the best at turn-fighting so you must manage your energy carefully to win engagements. The armament consists of 4x 50 cals and a single nose mounted 20mm.

very sleek, streamlined, and beautiful. great build
Great looking plane. It looks like a cross between a P-51 mustang and a Spitfire.
When is that new piston twin coming out
Looks, flies and performs great for what it is. I can actually get it to go around 350mph while diving
Try marking remakes of your old planes
So this is what was crashing SimplePlanes and multiplayer for me...
Florida man with the pro builds
lovely!
That is one nice cockpit
@BaconAircraft I see
109 mustang c isn’t real, it can’t hurt you
109 mustang c:

Am I late for the party? what did I miss?!

cATBARon
Wow.. Just wow..
It’s the “rustler” from gta San Andreas! :) :)
Lovely looking kite - good job!
@BaconAircraft I see
Oh well, I'll keep my eye out for you streaming (btw where do you stream? Like on SPBC at all?)
@Thecatbaron, Very good creation man! Flys nice and well-Detailed, Can ask you something? How do you get in game screenshot? It would really help!
@Kangy Oh ur talking about the wings he mentioned in description I'm assuming? Yeah I've been streaming wing building on discord for a while, might consider making a tutorial, but its hard to squeeze it down to a readable or watchable package. A video tutorial is ganna be way too long. Not sure how I'm ganna approach it.
@BaconAircraft strange...
Maybe make one?
Tutorial? I don’t remember making one recently. @Kangy
Thanks man! @AN2Felllla
Congrats on 50K!
