HISTORY
The Grumman F4F Wildcat was a carrier based fighter that was used during world war II. The Wildcat was made to replace the Brewster Buffalo as the Buffalo was disliked by pilots quite a lot and was no longer practical, so it was replaced by the Wildcat. The F4F entered service in 1940 and was also made to fight against the A6M Zero. The Wildcat proved itself against the Zero and did its job well
