Derived from floatplanes, Zuiun was developed as reconnaissance plane able to dive-bomb. Equipped with variable flap it is very fine-tuned multirole aircraft, and is able to be used on seaplane tenders or aircraft-carrying cruisers.

General production model. Mounted 1,300 hp (1000 In Game) Mitsubishi MK8N Kinsei 54 engine, 2 × forward-firing 20 mm Type 99-2 cannons, 1 × rearward-firing 13 mm Type 2 machine gun, can equipe 1 bomb of 250kg.
