The Volantechine was an early plane produced as a personal transport device between 1921 and 1924. Such a plane was first designed by Erich Volant as "a flying car for the masses", and retains the name if the aircraft as a "Volant machine". Due to its biplane status, it has the second name of Duoplan. The Volantechine travells at 200 km/h (125 mph) and qualifies as a light aircraft, at 3177 kg.
