You offered to make the engine if I made the plane so here you go! I’m not very familiar with how electric engines are mounted to planes but I hope this will do. This plane is decently balanced and flies at around 150 mph in the air. It is quite unstable on takeoff but you should find that some steering with the rudder is enough to correct it.
