Stealth because it's mainly black, and radioactive because the green I used is called Radioactive Green.

@Umbreon Its evening for me sooo... Good evening to you.
@ShatterFox It was fun having a civil argument over the Internet for once, so thank you, and have a good day.
@Umbreon Close enough, now with the argument concluding this is a very good plane for its size, and surprisingly has a lot of fuel for such a small aircraft.
@ShatterFox I believe you mean F-117, and that plane is black because it was mainly to be used in night operations and had many flat surfaces because the computers around the time it was made weren't powerful enough to calculate the rebound of radar waves on curved objects.
@Umbreon Unfortunately you obviously haven't see the F-17.
@ShatterFox As is the F-22 Raptor, but that doesn't stop it from being stealthy. I don't have the software to test the stealth capabilities of my plane, but I can assure you it probably doesn't work. Again, this is just a game and nothing I say should be taken to heart aside from performance claims.
@Umbreon This has no angles that i can see. It's curved.
@ShatterFox No, but angles and special paints that deflect radar signals to become invisible to ground forces, especially at night, does. Also, this is a game. Not everything should be taken seriously.
Being black doesn't mean its stealthy -.-
