I tried to create an open wheel racecar with full downforce on my phone. You'll notice when making sharp turns that the car will spin out at 150km/h. The more speed, the more downforce! Next to that, it's really easy to steer and you'll easily do the Gold Prix in 40sec or less.

Wing angle of attack more than 15-20 degrees only slows down the car.
