This is the Airship! (Or blimp for short) anyway, to go up is throttle and to go up/ down all you need to do is tilt the props by using VTOL. To stear all you need to do is pitch and roll. However Airships have a bad reputation for blowing up due to the hydrogen igniting inside the blimp. Enjoy!
