React Cannon Rc1

"The nuisance that is leading a target has been nearly eliminated."

Special thanks to WNP78 for developing the Overload mod, in which I can now XML in the editor!

Additional note: Yes, I spammed these builds. I got very excited when I saw the overload mod. These weapon concepts just popped into my head when I downloaded it. More will come in about a week.

The React Cannon is a simple laser cannon. The bolts of energy travel extremely fast, and therefore do not require you to lead a target! As a result, the React Cannon is deadly, precise, and is great in terms of utility.

@crazyshooter333 It does more damage to aircraft, and possibly AA tanks.

Does it do a lot of damage? Or is it just a normal minigun's strength?

@Supercraft888 I'm not sure I understand. Could you elaborate? Is there something that already has this name?
