History

TTU-2A1 history begin in 1985, Federation of Silanesia Armed Forces were seeking a new MBT for the Ground Forces to replace TTU-1A4 that has been in service with the ground force from 1963. Then, at 23 of April 1985, TTU-2 Program was launched, TTU was stand for "Tank Tempur Utama", which translated as "Main Battle Tank", in this program, some defence industries proposed their design, but design from Ox Defence Technology was approved. At October 16 1991, finally the TTU-2 first prototype was introduced. After 7 years of research, trial and error, finally at 1998, TTU-2 entered the service with the Armed Force. At 2004, the A1 variant was made with a new 120mm MT3/01 cannon.

A modernization variant of TTU-2A1, with commander periscope, new armor on the turret, ,a new hatch for the driver, and a new E5/07 ERA

-TRL-2, MLRS variant builded from retired TTU-2 Hull. Its also being called as "Troll-2", during the Garadian Civil War, the crew of the TRL-2 sometime randomly firing at the enemy territory at random position and without command from base, so the enemy will be panic

-TR-2, Recovery Vehicle variant
