Trim up to turn right and trim down to turn left.

Full ahead: 50% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 up
Half ahead: 25% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 up
Slow ahead: 15% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 up
Dead slow ahead: 5% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 up
Stop: 0% thrust VTOL slider at any position OR any thrust setting VTOL slider at middle
Dead slow astern: 5% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 down
Slow astern: 15% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 down
Half astern: 25% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 down
Full astern: 50% thrust VTOL slider 1/4 down
