After established in 1990, Astra Air first began their cargo route with the ZA-216-200F and expanded though the cities before proceeding with the passenger fleet, most of the Astra Air has 10 ZA-216-200Fs and 4 passenger ZA-216-200s as of today. One cargo plane was used for the "Bumikusan: Terror in the sky" movie named "Yellow Hill" made it's only minor appearance to save a Nanhua Airlines ZA-216-200 making an emergency landing due to heavy weather and plane failure. The plane "Yellow Hill" then later resumed service after the movie.
