The cockpit (and the whole plane) is not finished but functional

@PIbex Place this HUD (TextLabel) directly in front of the view point (camera or cockpit), and copy the variables TGTPOSLocalX, TGTPOSLocalY, and TGTPOSLocalZ from this build, and set the newly defined variable HudDistance to an appropriate
