XF-26 Vixen
Bio: The XF-26 Vixen was developed by the Arkwritian Aerospace Engineering company (AAE) as an experimental aircraft for the Arkwritian Republic Air and Space Administration (ARASA) to test the effect of a pedestal wing design on flight performance and radar signature. Tests regarding maneuverability and combat effectiveness begun on December 14th 2021. These tests showed promising results until the 1st prototype ripped off a wing in a High-G maneuver. Testing abruptly concluded on Febuary 9th 2022 due to a discontinuation of funding for the program. One notable test took place on February 5th 2022 when a Clearwater Defense Systems MK2 EMRG (Electro Magnetic Rail Gun) was mounted to the underside of the 3rd and final prototype.
