A Mark II of my fictional mid-engined Backfire WWII fighter; this one is especially tailored for lower-altitude dogfights, where the reduced drag of a shortened wingspan outweigh the benefits of increased lift. Also, the wing .303s are replaced with two 20mm caannon with a one degree convergence angle.
Goes great with the Realism Series; I would've labels it one if only it were a real aircraft!
