Significant changes to improve maneuverability on the Firebolt have been made since the mk.1a variant. I've figured out a trick with canards that solves some problems that I was previously having with aircraft that had them. As it turns out, all-moving canards, such as the ones on the Firebolt, work much better with a flat bottomed airfoil instead of a symetric one. This variant also includes pitch trim, which is controlled with the VTOL slider.
