Sukhoi Su-80 (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Sukhoi S-80) adalah pesawat angkut STOL sayap tinggi (high wing) Rusia bermesin turboprop kembar, twin-boom.

Pada Air Show di Le Bourget ke-38 tahun 1989, model pertama dari turboprop transporter Sukhoi S-80 ditunjukkan. Pesawat bermesin turboprop ini sedang dikembangkan oleh Sukhoi OKB dan pabrik pesawat di Komsomolsk /Amur bawah Program "konversija". Pesawat itu antara lain untuk menggantikan An-24/26, An-28 dan Yak-40 dirancang dan bersaing dengan Antonov An-38.

The Sukhoi Su-80 (formerly known as the Sukhoi S-80) is a Russian twin-turboprop, twin-boom STOL transport aircraft.

At the 1989 Air Show at the 38th Le Bourget, the first model of the Sukhoi S-80 turboprop transporter was shown.
