A tri motor biplane flying boat meant for transfering crew and supplies from battleships and aircraft carriers. Also used for recovery and rescue. VTOL down landing gear. this plane would float up next to a ship, be hoisted up and place on a steam catapult, then it would be loaded and launched. Credit to elgato(sorry forgot the rest) for the radials.
