The F-35A is a fifth-generation stealth fighter jet developed by Lockheed Martin for the United States Air Force and its allies, as part of the F-35 Lightning II series. It is the conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) variant, featuring stealth design and advanced information warfare capabilities. Equipped with the AN/APG-81 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar and the Distributed Aperture System (DAS), it can perform a variety of missions, including air combat, ground attack, and electronic warfare. Powered by the Pratt & Whitney F135 turbofan engine, it has a top speed of approximately Mach 1.6 and a range of around 2,200 kilometers. With its combination of stealth, advanced sensor fusion, and multi-role adaptability, the F-35A is considered a key asset for future air combat and has been widely deployed by multiple countries.
