Auto Credit Based on Jundroo's Twin Prop
This is the TwinSubhunter-64. It was made in 1986 by Jundroo Aircraft Company, by request of a classified defence contractor. (which you may see on the fuselage) It is primarily a carrier-based or land-based turboprop aircraft armed with air-to-ground and air-to-air missiles, and a torpedo. It also has a minigun, and countermeasures.

Note:
The TS-64 “Hokkaido” can perform an emergency water landing and survive. It cannot take off however.
