Auto Credit Based on SledDriver's The Gun of Navarone
There are few feelings as satisfying as firing a shell at an angle -- a shell so large you can see it in flight, almost all the way to the target -- and hitting the target over 10 seconds after you fire. The M2 howitzer from SledDriver Industries features elevation as well as traversal. Traversal is controlled using Roll, and elevation using Throttle.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Spawn at the default Wright Airport location.
- Switch to cockpit view and select air-to-ground mode.
- Using Roll, traverse the gun until the upper dot is right above one of the fleet ships.
- Throttle up until the lower dot is precisely on the ship (this will happen at 56-58% throttle).
- Make sure the dot is still aimed exactly at the ship, or traversing very very slowly across it.
- Fire the gun using 'Fire Weapon.'
The best tactic is to set the elevation first, then traverse the target very slowly, firing several shells.

@Davisplanez Its second version has much longer range. It can hit Snowstone, Maywar, and the Kraken from the Wright Airport spawn location.

@KSPFSXandSP If you could fly around, why not just keep the gun fixed along the axis and aim it using the entire aircraft?
@SledDriver You'd put the roll and pitch of the gun on trim and Vtol, and then fly around! I't wouldn't be accurate, but It would be fun!
