@Challenger @DeezDucks Look at the part count on both designs. There is a difference of 10. Though he should definitely credit the original designer, this isn't technically a copy. And since it is listed as a successor, I can't do much about it other than to request that he give credit where credit is due, and to upload his own content in the future.
