Auto-Locking Phalanx CIWS

Auto Credit Based on SimpleFlow's Phalanx CIWS

Basically just SimpleFlow's Phalanx CIWS that automatically locks onto incoming aircraft. There's a cost, though: not being able to manually aim to engage missiles, bombs, projectiles, etc. since as of yet it's not possible to target them.

AG 1 to activate the system, then select an air target. As soon as the airplane closes to 4 nmi, the system will lock on. The gun has a maximum firing range of 3 nmi. The only automatic thing is the aiming; it's still up to you to pull the trigger.

The aiming is decent but can struggle against fast, accelerating, and/or maneuvering planes, so to compensate the spread is increased. The RoF is decreased for more realism. The gun also now has red-colored tracers. Change these values to your liking, just don't forget that if you change the muzzle velocity, also change it in the rotators' input code so that they're calculating the proper lead.

Notes:

Keep the cockpit as close as possible to the system (but not on any of its moving parts), as the aiming is relative to it;

If you want to put this on a ship (or any kind of vehicle/structure), this system as it is can only be placed in a forward direction (again, the aiming is relative to the cockpit block). If you wish to place it so that the system faces a different direction than that of the cockpit block, for the input of the bottom rotator, replace anything that says "+ 0" with "- 90" (for port side), "+ 90" (for starboard side), "+ 180" (for aft), etc;

It can only aim at targets up to 90 degrees on either side of the system, because the code would actually cause the system to face the opposite direction of the target past 90 degrees (it's probably possible to get this to work but idk how lol)
