X-02 Wyvern
"a winged two-legged dragon with a barbed tail."
-Definition from google search
In the late 1980s, the Federal Erusian Navy issued a request for the development of a new combat aircraft that could also be used by the Air Force. Preliminary blueprints of the new jet, named the "X-02A", were completed by late February 1987, and its maiden flight took place in 1998 following a delay due to unspecified problems. By the end of the nineties, the existence of the Wyvern was already known by Erusea's neighboring nations. Knowing the EASA's plan, some of them decided to produce their own indigenous designs.
I finally finished the X-02 Wyvern! While it doesn't currently have missiles or weapons, it has all the functionality of the Wyvern in every other way. It's very fun to fly, and also looks great. Uses the Knight paint scheme, but only to a partial degree due to the moving parts.
VTOL for functioning the switchblade and up and down of the vert stabilizer.
pitch, roll, yaw are obvious.
Have fun!

Btw. How the the game handles the physic of the "swing wings" being clipped inside the fixed wing?
Ooh, thanks for the trick. Now i know that i can offset rotator somewhere else but still not ruining the rotation of the object like you did.
Found all your rotators cramped just under the cockpit
@NovaTopaz good stuff, Nova, would love to see an entry from you to my new contest. I have yet to dole out the upvotes from your last win!
@LukeDaDuke Currently, I'm going to work on a CFA-44 Nosferatu with Strigon Leader Livery, but that's another aircraft to consider building, so thanks!
@NovaTopaz now make a asfx shinden ii
Flys like a dream.
@Astron1 Sure
@NovaTopaz May I use your engine for future creations?
The swing wings are art.
Awesome! :)
@lowobservable well, that's the magic of XML modding :)
Love how you hid the rotators
cool plane dude
@LukeDaDuke Oh, ok. I haven't really play ace combat, I just build the aircraft. I would add missiles, but it would be kinda hard, given how they are designed.
@NovaTopaz it's an ace combat 5 reference
@NovaTopaz hands down best X-02
@LukeDaDuke What?
