None of the Skyhawks ever had a fully rotating stabilizer, which is featured in this build.

Ok, no the A-4E did not have a moving stab. Therefore, the build is inaccurate
The A-4 did not, no. The A-4E might’ve, not sure but I know it didn’t have one on most
