Not a bad little Kingfisher, except that it cant takeoff from water. Or land in it. Or look at it. Anyone who wants to try and fix this problem can have at it, I know nothing about floatplanes. AG8 deactivates the pontoon rudder for flight.

I found the issue. The plane has too much weight in the front. Put it more in the middle
I tried a water takeoff. Did cartwheels and laughed.
@JAwesome54 If you can fix this mess, that would be fantastic. Not much point to a seaplane that cant use the water
